These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, services, and use of facilities at Energy Within. By booking or attending a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

  • Energy Within provides wellness services including SyncWave light therapy and other holistic treatments.

  • Our services are designed to support relaxation, balance, and wellbeing. They are not medical treatments and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or care.

2. Bookings

  • All bookings must be made via our website, phone, or email.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

  • Bookings are subject to availability.

3. Packages & Gift Cards

  • Packages and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • They may only be used by the named individual.

  • Each package or gift card has a validity period (e.g., 6 or 12 months) from the purchase date. Unused hours or sessions cannot be carried over after expiry.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Energy Within does not offer refunds for client cancellations.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with notice and are subject to availability.

  • If Energy Within must cancel or change a booking, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund.

5. Client Intake Forms

  • All new clients must complete and return the Client Intake & Health Questionnaire before their first session.

  • We cannot proceed with bookings until this form has been received and reviewed.

6. Health & Safety

  • SyncWave light therapy is a non-invasive wellness system, not a medical service.

  • If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, or have a medical condition, please consult your GP before booking.

  • Energy Within accepts no liability for health outcomes related to use of our services.

7. Conduct During Sessions

  • Please respect our calm environment by keeping voices low and switching off mobile phones.

  • Only water in a lidded bottle may be brought into the session room.

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests.

8. Liability

  • Energy Within will not be held responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

  • Participation in sessions is at the client’s own risk.

9. Changes to Services

  • Energy Within reserves the right to amend services, pricing, or policies at any time. Updates will be published on our website.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, purchasing a package, or attending Energy Within, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
