1. What is EnergyWithin?
Energy Within is a peaceful countryside wellness center near Ledbury, offering light therapy and holistic treatments to restore balance and promote well being for mind, body, and spirit.

2. What is light therapy?
It is an advanced wellness system that blends colour, sound, sacred geometry, and energy frequencies to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and support natural healing.

3. How many units are in your system?
We have a 12-unit SyncWave light system mounted in the corners of the room. 12 units is considered the optimum size for maximum benefit.

4. How does the technology work?
The Light system works with advanced bio-active energy fields, including scalar wave patterns. This may help support cell regeneration, improve immune function, aid detoxification, elevate mood, and increase energy levels.

5. How many chairs do you have?
We have 10 electric recliner chairs.

6. How long would you recommend for a first session?
If you’re new to the system, we suggest starting with 2–4 hours. You’re welcome to choose any length up to a maximum of 8 hours during the day or 11 hours during special overnight sessions.

7. How much does it cost?
Standard sessions are currently £45 per hour.

8. How should I prepare for my visit?
Wear comfortable clothing and stay well-hydrated. You may wish to bring a blanket, eye mask, earplugs, and a water bottle (lid required). We provide filtered water and you’re welcome to bring crystals to charge during your session.

9. What can I expect during the session?
Relax in a comfortable reclining chair in a peaceful, quiet environment. Please keep voices low, turn off mobiles, and avoid food or non-water drinks in the room. Toilets and an outdoor space are available for breaks.

10. What should I do after my visit?
We highly recommend a detox bath at home (20–30 minutes) with half a cup of bicarbonate of soda and half a cup of sea salt to help flush toxins. If you don’t have a bath, use a foot soak. Keep drinking water throughout the day.

11. Do I need a salt bath?
Yes, it is strongly recommended after your session to support detoxification and avoid feeling sluggish, head achy, or dehydrated.

12. How might I feel after a session?
Most people feel relaxed, energised, and mentally clearer. Some may experience temporary tiredness or mild detox symptoms — this is a normal part of the body’s cleansing process.

13. How often should I have sessions for maximum benefit?
This varies per person. Some come weekly, others monthly. If you have significant health challenges, frequent sessions may be more beneficial.

14. Are there any potential side effects?
Occasional mild detox symptoms can occur but usually pass after rest and hydration.

15. Are there any contra-indications?
Generally no, though if you have certain health conditions (e.g., epilepsy, pregnancy, diabetes) you should check with your GP before booking.

16. How do I pay for a session?
Payment is taken at booking, either online, by phone, or in person. This guarantees your place.

17. What if I need to cancel or change my booking?
We can reschedule your session with notice, subject to availability. Refunds are not offered except in exceptional circumstances.

18. Can I bring my child?
Yes — we offer dedicated children’s sessions and reduced pricing for under-18s. Please ensure children can remain quiet during general sessions and must always be accompanied by an adult.

19. Can I bring my pet?
Only registered assistance dogs are allowed by prior arrangement in designated sessions. We are however, looking at opening the center to our fury friends in the near future.

20. Where exactly are you located?
We’re in the countryside just outside Ledbury, easily accessible by road, with free on-site parking.
