Energy Within was created from a heartfelt vision – to bring something truly special to the Ledbury area, offering a place where people can relax, recharge, and restore balance to their mind, body, and spirit. We wanted to create a wellness space unlike anything else nearby, somewhere welcoming, homely, and deeply calming, where every visitor feels at ease the moment they arrive.
Our journey began with the dream of offering advanced light therapy alongside other holistic well being services. After much thought and planning, we realised the perfect setting was already close to home. We transformed one of our own countryside outbuildings into a beautiful, homely wellness center, purpose-built to provide a peaceful sanctuary for our guests. Surrounded by the rolling countryside just outside Ledbury, our location offers a sense of escape, yet remains easy to reach. We are fully accessible by road, with on-site parking for your convenience.
At the heart of Energy Within is our light system – a unique technology that blends colour, sound, sacred geometry, and energy frequencies to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, restore energy balance, and support natural healing. Sessions are designed to help you switch off from the demands of everyday life, leaving you refreshed, centered, and re-energised.
In addition to light therapy, we offer a variety of complementary well being services in collaboration with other holistic practitioners, making Energy Within a hub for personal renewal and self-care.
