Energy Within is Ledbury’s first-of its kind wellness center, offering advanced light therapy, holistic treatments, and relaxation experiences. We combine colour, sound, sacred geometry, and energy frequencies with other well being services to reduce stress, restore balance, and support natural healing for mind, body, and spirit.
